We ordered 5 sandwiches online thru the app, it said it was gonna be done by 7:05 and we arrived at 7:20 to give them a little more time and we got here and they haven’t even started it yet, it’s not the employees fault he’s here by himself it seems, I hope they get him some help, Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very unprofessional. The entire staff needs to be replaced. I drive across town just to avoid coming back to this location. The bigger light skin woman who works here is extremely rude, unprofessional, and never has anything prepared. Overall, the customer service is terrible and this location seriously needs better staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today at the Gentry location in Tyler Texas Shae had excellent customer service very pleasant very accommodating I really really good visit. I don't go to Subway very often and I don't think I've ever had as good experience as I had today. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
