2nd and last time I order online for a sub pick up at this location and last. Used the app at plenty of other subway locations and usually bout ready when I get there. Here they ask if I ordered online, then start making it. Super slow spot and usually under staffed. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

May 9, 2026 little after 5pm 2 girls working they where dressed booty shorts butt chick everywhere my opinion they where dressed inappropriate fumbling stuff everywhere it's a work place dress like you are going to work got orders mixed you outside hanging out with friends do you come on not in the work place what is it wonder twin power deactivate wear booty shorts to work it is what it is ( messy) Food: 1

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION for cleanliness. After having my sandwiches toasted, it came out covered in black debris. When I pointed it out, wanting it removed, the manager acted as if that's part of toasting and didn't see a problem and was unpleasant from that moment on. Those large chunks and bits of black that covered my sanwich are from residue buildup, char, old food particles and can even be coating breakdown that has loosen and fallen off. From the large amounts that fell off, it means the equipment is never cleaned. If the manager (the person in charge) is fine with servicing tainted food, even having an attitude for bringing it up, it has me wondering how the food is handled behind the scenes. There are too many other subways to choose from with better customer service and better food handling to settle for this Lynnhaven location. The one star is for the lovely employee who was there, who acted with such kindness and understanding (how a manager should conduct themselves) that I wish her the best for the future.
