What a hassle trying to use their buy one footlong, get second footlong free email. Entered my order but it would take my phone number (said number invalid). Tried my daughter's cell and work number with same result. Called my Subway. They were apologetic but BOGO only worked online or in the app. So got the app, set up my account, entered my order. Then app wouldn't let me place my order! Physically went to my Subway. Sorry I didn't get her name but sandwich maker tried to enter order with same result. Finally bought a gift card. It worked, placed my order! Sandwiches were great but boy, Subway needs to work on its app. Will think twice before trying to order online from them again.
