After a walk around Phaeno, many visitors stop by this fast food. Subway offers you to try tasty sandwiches and nicely cooked chicken. Guests don't highly appreciate biscuits at this place.

The staff doesn't speak German and is absolutely unfriendly and bored. I ordered a sub and toasties, and the employee didn't even know what toasties were or how to top them and then had to ask a colleague who then put the wrong toppings on them. There was supposedly no salt/pepper for the sub, which was brought from behind after several requests. Unfortunately, the subway in the city center is now complete rubbish for us and we only go to the one in heinekamp, at least there are competent employees there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
