Just ordered two sandwiches, tuna and turkey. The person making the sandwiches (name tag said Shaheen), was ON THE PHONE (not in the subway phone, on a personal phone call). I told her TWICE to put sauce on the side for the turkey, but because she was distracted on her personal phone call and couldn’t give her attention to a customer, she started putting the sauce in the sandwich. I stopped her and told her I had asked for it to be on the side, and she gave me a look like I was bothering her. What kind of service is this? Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Service: 1
