I recently visited Subway and had a disappointing customer service experience. During my order, the staff member (a short young lady) did not seem to listen carefully, and I had to repeat parts of my order. While my salad was being prepared, the lady handled the salad roughly or lacked care, her manner appeared disengaged, and there was minimal communication throughout the process. This made the experience uncomfortable and took away from what I was expecting to be a fresh and enjoyable meal. I ended up leaving before completing my order. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that customer service and staff training can be improved, as I would like to continue visiting in the future. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
