Very disappointing experience. I visited this Subway branch under Tamkeen Tower on July 12, 2026, at around 6:50 PM. I waited for more than 10 minutes while the employee was preparing online orders. During that time, another customer came in and was served before me, even though I had been waiting first. When I politely told the employee that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes, he simply replied, “If you don’t want to wait, you can leave.” I understand that online orders are important, but customers waiting inside the restaurant should not be ignored or spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. This was a very poor customer service experience, and I hope the management addresses it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
