Ordered a shawarma wrap online and stated no onions. Collected and confirmed with the shop that no onions were in the wrap. When I got home the wrap was full of onions. Called the store and I was told "what do you want me to do, come to your house and take the onions out?" Abbie from the shop watched the CCTV and apologised. She has escalated it to management three times, and after about a few weeks I've still not had a call back. Hugely overpriced and the wrap had more salad than meat. Just come back from this place. What a shawarma? They need to be asking themselves that question. Honestly the worst food iv had in a very long time! The beef and chicken shawarma had a weird texture to it and absolutely no flavour whatsoever. The doner was cold. Even the batata harrara had no flavour. Both me and the mrs chucked it away, had about a quarter and that was because we didnt want to waste £26. I asked the guy behind the counter beforehand if he does doner as couldnt see it on show and he said they do but doesnt know where it is, that should have been the warning sign for me to get out of there. Praying I dont get sick from this. How people have given this a 4.6 rating makes me ask how bad the food must be in Wilmslow!! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
