We went for brunch and everything was amazing, from the service to the meals. I was shocked by how affordable this place is compared to the competition with such high quality ingredients. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: L£3.5–4M

I had a very disappointing experience at Sud Restobar last night. First, we didn’t have a reservation, but it was a Tuesday night and there were clearly empty tables. Still, we were told there was no place for two people, which honestly made no sense. Second, and worse, the valet service was a complete mess. We were only inside for about 5 minutes, so the car was barely parked. After asking for our car and giving the valet card back, we were made to wait 20 minutes outside while being repeatedly told “it’s coming, it’s coming.” After all that time, we realized our car keys were still sitting in the valet box, meaning no one had even gone to get the car. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes before the car finally arrived. It was very cold outside, and despite the mistake clearly being theirs, the valet staff were rude and unapologetic. Overall, poor organization, poor customer service, and no accountability. Not coming again. Service: 1
