We tried to book a table for Saturday night and we were told that we would be getting a return call which didn’t happen. Ended up booking online. We drove 45 minutes to Concord tonight and even had a reminder about the time. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. There was no specific sign to state that it was closed on Saturday 24/1/26 and I called their number and spoke to the same lady and she didn’t apologise for the mistake or the inconvenience. We have been to Sud many times over six years and have enjoyed the great food and service, however, this experience has left us disappointed and we probably won’t be coming back. Updating your website with accurate information would have helped as we’ve just heard from a reliable source that the restaurant has been closed for 2 months. Service: 1

Booked on their website for Saturday 1pm for my birthday lunch. Got confirmed. Arrive and turns out they are never open for lunch. They can't even update their website times or google listing. Fail. Another burnt potential customer. Meal type: Lunch

Is this place even open? I drive past almost every day and never see anything open or any lights on.
