Sudden Chippy is distinguished by food and interior

That's a good idea to order tasty pepper chicken, chow mein and beef. Food delivery is a big plus of this fast food. The high ratings of Sudden Chippy wouldn't be possible without the energetic staff. Terrific service is something clients like here. Fair prices are to be expected at this place. Most reviewers have noticed that the atmosphere is lovely here. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.4.

My friend Glory recommended Sudden Chippy and I've visited a couple of times. It's a lovely place with good customer service and they have lovely spring rolls so do give them a try

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order from Sudden Chippy. The food quality was entirely unacceptable; the chips served were cold, incredibly dry, and appeared as though they had been sitting out for a significant amount of time rather than being freshly prepared. Seeking a resolution, I returned to the shop the following day to address these concerns. I spoke with a staff member named Mei, but the encounter was deeply frustrating. Rather than offering an apology or a solution, she was remarkably obnoxious and dismissive. Her lack of concern for a customer's experience was unprofessional and suggested a total disregard for service standards. Beyond the poor food and service, the physical state of the premises is concerning. The shop appears old, dilapidated, and in desperate need of a deep clean. Given the visible lack of upkeep and the quality of the food served, I believe a visit from Rochdale Council’s Environmental Health Team is warranted to ensure the establishment is meeting necessary safety and hygiene regulations. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere until significant improvements are made to both the facilities and the management's attitude toward food safety.
