I came to the store around 6pm on Sunday, August 6th, and was seated after waiting about 15 minutes. Beef tongue, skirt steak, short ribs, beef offal, squid, senmai, Suehiro salad, and salted cabbage were all delicious. The bibimbap and kuppa were bland and disappointing. The young staff's customer service was good, especially the male staff's customer service, which made me feel good. The one disappointing thing was that the brown-haired woman with a ``5'' on the chest of her apron had a terrible customer service attitude. It was unfortunate that the way it was handled and everything else was just unpleasant. I just wanted to enjoy delicious grilled meat with my family, but I'm left with a feeling of misgivings. If it wasn't for her customer service, I would have given it a 5 star.
