Great food, can taste the quality of ingredients. Staff were spot on, friendly, smiley and on top of things. I will be coming back soon. Besties Rochester Cafe is a new cafe that’s clearly been put together with care. The Mediterranean breakfast is a proper spread: 1 egg, 2 spring rolls, olives, beef sucuk, grilled halloumi, mushrooms, beans, fresh tomato and cucumber, all served in good portions and well cooked. Everything works together, feels fresh, and comes with Turkish tea, which finishes it off nicely. The half a pounder with cheese and bacon is very filling. Great size juicy pattys, bacon full of flavour, cheese melted properly, and a solid side of fries. Coffee is done amazingly well, smooth and hot with the milk textured properly. Add in fair prices, a clean and open space, stylish decor down to the cutlery, spotless toilets, and genuinely welcoming staff, and you’ve got a cafe that’s well worth returning to. See you all soon!
