The old lady who works here is really sweet. She'll cook the okonomiyaki for you and it's spot on. The sauce she has for it is slightly sweet and tangy, nothing too strong to overpower the ingredients. She's really sweet and attentive to your needs. I got the octopus okonomiyaki and it was the right about over chewy and tender while really hitting on the classic notes. There's plenty of reading material too, if you know Japanese.
