My mom and I have been here 4 times and it is very hit or miss. And honestly, 3 out of the 4 times were a miss. The restaurant and service is nice, however, I think yesterday will be our last time going. We’re from Houston, so we know good food. The food is very bland, sometimes overcooked, varying temperatures and the drinks arent very tasty either. They also should invest in better sides, there is hardly any veggie options. The cornbread is a cute concept but it taste like cake. I think they just need better food execution because the environment is nice, but you don’t get your monies worth. Went there with a group of 9 people. The food was OUTSTANDING and our server, Polly, was AWESOME. It was my first time coming to Nags Head. I will be back and Sugar Creek Seafood Restaurant will be one of my first stops!
