This place was pretty amazing! They offered samples for every flavor of ice cream, which is made in house. The portions were very generous, and they let us get half scoops with multiple flavors, which was so kind. They also have some pastries (I got a chocolate croffle, which was fun, but didn't change my world) for a decent price. We ate in an upstairs room that closes from the rest of the place and contains games to play while eating. Super, super fun! I will be going back the next time I visit Rexburg!

The cookie I got in my sundae was rock hard and didn’t taste very good- really disappointing. I couldn’t even eat it with a fork because of how tough it was. That with a single scoop of ice cream is definitely not worth 12 dollars. The ice cream was awesome though and they had lots of unique, high-quality flavors. The decorations and design of the building are so fun and definitely make a good hangout spot! It’s painfully obvious that all of the artwork and pictures for the food is AI generated, which I think is super tacky and unprofessional. Looks really awkward and threw me off. I’d love to see a local graphic design student or artist create images/art instead, especially when the building is literally across the street from a university with endless talented students who’d love the opportunity for a job. It was fun to check out but not worth the price.

Sugarbeast is the perfect place to bring your kids. The employees are kind and patient. And clearly love what they do and love their customers! Want to try the flavors? No worries they have metal tasting spoons. Try and then put the spoon down a chute. Super fun for the kids. The ice cream is super delicious too. Highly recommend!
