Having been in Japan for 13 days already. I would say the food is only average. Shabu Shabu set without raw eggs? U gotta add the eggs by urself for 200yen. And the portion is small considering we are ordering 2 person portions. Beef is definitely the matsusaka beef. Maybe that’s y the portion is small but had even better ones at Ginza so the expectation was there. Only good thing is the kids meal as my kid cleared the whole plate for the first time. I visited for lunch on a Friday at 12:00. The restaurant was almost full but there was no line, so I was seated right away. I ordered the kuroge wagyu sukiyaki lunch set with extra meat and a cola zero. The food was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other sukiyaki restaurants.
