I was at the restaurant yesterday, and for the first time in YEARS as a customer I received the worst sushi I had ever eaten in my life, disappointed!!! The rice was hard, appearing to be fresh from the previous day, sashimi was frozen, there was no shitake because according to the attendant it took more than 3 hours to cook it and it was not possible to provide it to us at the table that day, not to mention the extremely sweet yakissoba, with no taste at all. Apart from the blatant sauce that overdid it with sugar, the ginger had a strong and sour smell... amazingly, sour!!! I reported the incident to the person in charge, he said there was nothing he could do because the team was new and they were entering the restaurant's menu... In short, I paid (dearly) for what I didn't receive and didn't consume... They lost customers, my family and I won't go anymore. And I will never recommend the establishment again!
