Around this area, half of them closes by 5 pm, then other half opens at this time and Sugiya takes the latter one. It's local, offering various options. Unless you know how to read the menu, it will be hard. Grab photos and pointing is another option. Google Lens did not work well due to poor internet. Luckily, the owner was able to get me on their SSID. I got a small plate with three different items on it. I thought it was delivered to the wrong table but to find out it was "service" item. Repeat!
