Two people used it. When I entered the restaurant, the tables were full and the counter was empty. We were asked to wait as the place was cleared away, but one customer after another was seated at random seats. I understand that it was a busy time, but the woman who guided us, Ms. Onuma, was very unfriendly. Even after paying the bill, there was no one to say "thank you", which was very unpleasant. Even if the customer across from me verbally requests a refill of water, I can hear it, but Mr. Onuma cannot. Did he mean to ring the bell? I like Sukiya, but I will never use this store again.
