If you are stretched for cash, Sukiya is your good friend. A welcome change from after 7/8 pm supermarket discounts :) Omori (upsized) ala carte meal go a long way. If you are big eater, you can combo another small meal plus side dishes. Or for variety you can do two Nami (normal/regular) meals I also like the Matsuya and Nakau franchises But Sukiya is 24 hrs!!!
