Nestled on Pasir Ris Street 21, Sukma Rasa offers a unique take on traditional Malay desserts right in the heart of Singapore. Situated near Tampines East metro station, this home-based bakery focuses on delivering sweet indulgences through a convenient takeaway service. While the establishment remains largely underrepresented on major restaurant directories, it does have a minimal presence on Google.
Visitors to Sukma Rasa have noted that its offerings, such as the sweet potato-based keria and mini banana balls, deliver a distinct blend of flavors and textures. The keria, with its sugar-coated exterior, comes in donut or bite-sized shapes, appealing to various preferences. Additionally, flavors like pandan gula melaka introduce a notably sweet twist. Despite the appealing feedback, it should be noted that these reviews date back two years, and no recent updates from the owners are available.
Open only three days a week, from Friday to Sunday during lunch hours, Sukma Rasa's limited operating window may require some planning ahead for interested dessert enthusiasts. With a lack of recent information on service adjustments or new offerings, prospective visitors are advised to contact Sukma Rasa directly for the most current details.

Excellent Malay dessert homebaker! Very unique and something I have never tried before. Keria is made of sweet potato and coated with sugar. Although it can be very sweet, the flavour of the sweet potato is prominent and delicious. You can even see small pieces of sweet potato in it. They have the donut shape or ball shape. Personally, I prefer the ball one as it is a 1-biter. Can just pop into my mouth easily. Also tried the pandan gula melaka keria. Because if the gula melaka, the keria is verrrryyyyyy sweet and it masked the flavour of the sweet potato. But if you are a fan of gula melaka, you can get this as the taste is strong. Oh! And I love their mini banana balls. Not too sweet and the banana flavour is just right. The exterior texture is slightly chewy too. Overall, I think this is a unique dessert to get especially for parties. Not many people have tried keria so it will definitely be a surprise. Will definitely always order from them for my gatherings now.
