LOVE LOVE LOVE Bingsoo! Had it in Hawaii for the first time a few years ago and have been craving it ever since. Should have known I could have found it in Garden Grove, but never ventured out till I was in the area last weekend. Great find. It was crowded at 9:30 p.m., but not a long wait since we got a table. Three of us shared two and it was about right, but since it was nighttime, we got cold right away. Shared the Earl Gray and Strawberry. BOTH fantastic. Couldn't even decide which one we liked better!! Talked it up with other gym friends the next day ...............and we went back for a second round!! We got the Earl Gray again and tried the Mango. The mango had plenty of fruit, but it was a bit tart for me, but my friend's favorite. I think we're going again next weekend. Better weather is expected, so I'm sure we'll be able to eat the whole thing!

This place is always packed, and pricing is on the higher side, but whenever we eat in the area, we end up here. It gets extremely busy on the weekends, so there have been times where we had to find somewhere else to grab our sweets. I'm not sure if I've ever had the matcha bingsoo, but it was surprisingly good and I loved the candied Korean dates they sprinkled on top of the matcha powder.

Sul & Beans is the spot I always come back to for some shaved ice. We came here to celebrate a birthday and the store was packed as usual. We got their taro and mango bingsoo and it tasted light and refreshing. Although the tables outside were tight dining inside the store is perfect for a hot day.
