i had a terrible experience at lounge restaurant sultan on new year's eve. what started as a simple dinner turned into a complete nightmare. i was brutally beaten by ten staff members until i was bleeding. they attacked me without any provocation and i was literally beaten to a pulp. the food was inedible and the managers were also involved in this violent assault. i left with serious injuries covered in blood after being beaten by multiple people. this restaurant is a dangerous place where customers are not safe. i was attacked so violently that i needed medical attention. the staff beat me mercilessly in front of other customers. i advise you to run away from lounge restaurant sultan. your safety is at risk and i intend to report this establishment to the authorities. absolutely avoid this place.
