We sincerely apologize that our food did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the authenticity and value you were looking for. We want to be transparent with our guests: our kitchen team is currently quite new. While they are working incredibly hard to improve and reach the high standards set by our Head Chef, we clearly missed the mark during your visit. Unfortunately, our Head Chef was off-duty at the time, and we regret that the consistency of our signature dishes suffered in his absence.
