Definitely the place for gyūkotsu ramen in Tottori! I also recommend the onigiri and oden, which were both extremely delicious. The restaurant is quite small and can get very crowded during peak times, as it is also very popular with locals. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Wow! A few seconds after taking a sip, some pleasure chemicals rush through your brain. What is ramen? It's the same as alcohol and tobacco. It's a type of drug. That's my theory, Sumire Shokudo's beef bone ramen has a gentle taste, but it has a great balance with an oily drug sensation. That's the reason why there is a constant flow of customers even in a place like this. I guess the reason beef bones aren't common is because it's difficult to handle, but I think this high-quality soup with the lingering aroma of beef bones stands out from the rest. The medium-thick noodles with low water content go well with the soup, and although the pork belly of the chashu noodles is somewhat unique, it still has a sense of unity. It's fun to pick up some oden to serve as an appetizer before eating ramen, but rice balls are something you can't skip. I don't remember ever eating such fluffy rice balls. It feels like the rice evaporates in your mouth.
