Wonderful and even more wonderful service! Despite being a very traditional Japanese izakaya restaurant with only Jap menu, the waitress take additional effort to try to explain the menu to us. She even brought out a book to show us the various types of fishes that we are being served in the Sashimi dish. One of the best sashimi we tried in Japan! Just stumbled upon this place. Didn't have a reservation, but at 5:00 pm it was OK. This is washoku at its best. The chef knows what he is doing. It was our best experience in Beppu. Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
