I stayed here for a night out with my cousins and we booked the family room. It was absolutely worth the money and very affordable. The place was clean, well-maintained, and looked great. The host was really friendly and accommodated all our requests. We had a lovely stay and hope to visit again! Service: 5

I had booked 2 rooms at Summerside Residence (mid April 2025), but upon arrival, I was told only 1 room was available. It was only after I questioned this that they realized I had booked 2 rooms. They then arranged 2 rooms for us at their sister property, Woodnest - Rustic, located just 50 meters away. The rooms at Rustic were spacious and had attached bathrooms, which was nice. However, the property lacked a swimming pool, and several basic amenities were missing. We were not provided with essentials like soap or toothpaste, the television didn’t work, there were no bed sheets, and surprisingly, we weren’t even given room keys. That said, the staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The breakfast was also quite good. Overall, while the staff were great and tried hard to make up for the shortcomings, the management should improve on communication and basic guest necessities to provide a better experience.
