The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you want to enjoy nice service, you should visit this place. Prices are found low here. The venue turn in is too dark. I passed the place twice. At 1002 at night you can't see the place it sits back out the way. If you rent this place you'll need to light the entry way. It can cause a wreck for older people who don't see well at night. On the outside alone didn't go in

Our niece has reception during her GUNIU CHOLO Programme and we found it is a nice location and service provided by employees were good enough. Only they need to upgrade is sound system which was not working properly and sound from next hall disturbing too. Regarding price it is more than what it provided. Some of the things were missing at stage which we ordered before the event. Management need to reconfirm everything as per checklist .

My friends and I threw our best friend a baby shower in August 2025. We decided on this location and venue for convenience and proximity to the guests, the hosts, and the honoree. I reached out to begin planning the baby shower in the summer of 2025 and there are quite a few areas of opportunity that the Summit Club could implement to better accommodate and service the individuals that do business with them. The event manager started off following up promptly but that quickly dwindled. I had to follow up several times on things I repeatedly asked him to get an answer on some things, and he would come back and "verify" that something was or wasn't included after telling me something different. When I went to sign the contract for the venue and date, he didn't even have the papers printed and ready for me, which he said he would. But instead sent them to me to be printed (which he could have done first.) The day before the shower, he didn't introduce himself when we did a walk through, he wasn't helpful and chose to act as if my friend and I weren't there. The day of the shower he barely greeted me before handing me the receipt. There is a great opportunity for the event manager of the Summit Club to improve his follow up procedures and professionalism. I was disappointed in his level of customer service since he is the person who I had been communicating with over all. I will say that Tony is the individual that was a great help to me. He actually is the one who gave me a walk through of the venue, helped us test our equipment the day of, and was on site to help us with anything we needed. The event staff was kind, helpful, and very professional, and the food was good as well.
