Enjoyed a meal here. I had called and made reservations and everything seemed unorganized. I spoke with several different people and finally one guy said he had me down. We arrived a few minutes early, walked in, and the waitress at the entrance seemed like she couldn't find our reservation anywhere. She scrambled and got us a table though. We waited quite a while before finally a waitress helped us. The rest of the time was great and food was very good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Elias. You are correct that things got chaotic. The rush was a little much for my kids at the door who are new and it took some time to regroup. I take full responsibility for that. You certainly know you have had bad customer service when you dont know who your waitress was. Not one same person assisted our table. If you have 3 hours to spare with poor customer service Summit View restaurant is your place!
