Food is good. Staff is rude. Bought a plate for myself and another friend bought at another store, wasn’t allowed to eat together. Lol. Doesn’t have the aloha spirit. Do better. It is so important to support local businesses during the COVID slowdown. However, we are all struggling financially and need to still spend our money wisely. That is why the restaurants we should all be supporting are those that were great before the tough times. These are the ones that have always provided friendly and gracious customer service. I am happy to spend my money at Sumo Ramen Kaneohe and look forward to enjoying my vegetable ramen combo, with broth packaged separately so the noodles don't get soggy, at home.
