Everything is freshly prepared in front of the customer. I can see the chef delicately put batter, breadingon the pork chop, then deep fry it, and put it onto my plate. The result is pure excellence, great tenderness, no excess grease, perfectly cooked. Thank you so much for this very nice meal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

The food is spectacular. You can use the website to communicate with the young man to order. It’s very useful. I order 80G lunch set (only available for lunch time) which is very good. I am very happy with it as my last lunch before my departure. One more thing is that, Sun is a very small restaurant with very few seats (5 seats alongside the bar; one 4 seats table). Of course you can have a close conservation to the old man chef on how to make the pork but I would suggest that you should come as solo comer or maximum 2 person.
