Tried this place for the first time and boy was I not disappointed. The food is high quality and cooked to perfection. The best Chinese in Bristol by far. Pretty close to moon star in Torrington. The crab Rangoons are the best around this area. Crispy triangles of deliciousness. Highly recommended. Almost raw chicken and extremely bland taste. Could have been a 4 or even 5 stars but Sun Fat just doesn't seem to care. There's nothing worse than chicken that is barely cooked, and the lack of flavor, especially in a dish such as Szechuan Chicken (and I asked for the Spicy option) is incomprehensible. I still gave it 3-Stars because the combo of ingredients was good, and the PFR actually had some pork in it. Also, the Fried Shrimp was excellent. Maybe Sun Fat just needs better management, with an eye toward quality control.
