The wait for food ia about 15 minutes. The chicken rice is good with the meat deboned. The chili sauce and soy sauce is on point. The ice coffee is very good. The chai bui just average. Not spicy and sour enough. The place is very clean. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 1–20
