This resort is fabulous and the staff in other parts of the resort are very kind and hardworking. The same does not go for Sundance Beach club and restaurant. The food is tasteless and overall poor quality. The staff is extremely slow, unkind, forgetful, and never seem to be available to serve. We stayed at the resort for several days and out convenience came to the Sundance Beach club and restaurant. We regret eating here. If you read other reviews you will see that people enjoy the location but mention the awful restaurant staff. The resort is too good to have such a dreadfully run restaurant like this.
