This is the greatest place near Grand Rapids Art Museum. Many visitors of this bar state that perfectly cooked cheeseburgers, egg rolls and chicken enchiladas are offered here. Order good French toasts, cinnamon rolls and strawberry pancakes. You will be offered delicious Mimosas, margaritas or craft beer. When visiting Sundance Grill, it's a must to try great english coffee, ice tea or fresh juices.

Menu looked really good! Except it took forever to get our order in and we were only 1 of maybe 8-10 tables. Friendly and kind staff, but very slow. Food was extremely underwhelming. Queso dip very runny. Fries were delicious though. Best part of the night. Not worth $15 a dish Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The food section and prices here are amazing! Me and 3 other people were in Grand Rapids for an event and went to Sundance Grill two days in a row because the first time was so good! But the second experience left something to be desired. I want to preface my review by saying that most of the food was amazing and our waiter was good! But apparently the manager thinks it’s okay to talk crap about customers. I ordered the avocado toast and wasn’t super impressed with it because it was cold and soggy, like it had been sitting in the window for a bit. Which, whatever. I was going to eat it anyways because it tasted REALLY good despite this. But it came with poached eggs. And while they looked otherwise amazing, they cooked 2 or 3 hairs into it. Definitely wasn’t my hair because it was actually cooked into the egg, not just topical, and wasn’t the same color as mine. As most reasonable people would, I thought that was kind of gross so I sent it back. I hadn’t eaten much of the toast and at that point had lost my appetite. They offered to remake it, but we were in a hurry so I just asked them to take it back. To their credit, they did comp it from the bill without us having to ask. But when my companion was running back from the bathroom, he heard the manager talking with the waiter, and she said something to the effect of “I can’t believe she sent the food back when there was only two tiny hairs in it!”. My companion quipped back, “That’s two more hairs than there should be” and went to sit back down. So I guess make sure that if you are ever in the Sundance Grill that you explicitly specify that you don’t want hair in your food. Ridiculous. I feel bad for the people that have to work with her because if she’s willing to be a jerk to a paying customer, I’m sure she makes their lives miserable. To the rest of you, you are amazing human beings and are worthy of love and respect. Keep being awesome!
