Best Caesar salad I've ever had — and I don't say that lightly. Not drowning in dressing the way most places do it. Olives, lemon, anchovies, all of it perfectly balanced. The salted caramel pudding for dessert was genuinely perfect. All of the desserts sound incredible. The room is what makes the whole thing click. It feels like a party and a family dinner at the same time — comfortable, inviting, warm staff who made me feel welcome. Can't wait to come back. A buzzy spot with flavorful dishes. The fried mutz was perfectly crispy and cheesy. Highly recommend the Bada Bing cocktail, it was perfectly balanced, not too tart not too sweet. We split the Sunday sauce and Caesar salad. Probably one of the best Caesar salads I've had in while, the dressing feels made in house. The Sunday sauce was rich and savory but not too salty. It had soft beef in it, and was topped with meatballs and sliced sausage. Very comforting. Ended with the banana tiramisu, doesn't taste strongly of banana, it's just a creamy slightly lighter, fluffier tiramisu-- very tasty. Would definitely come back again, just make sure to arrive before 5:30 if you want to wait less than 30 minutes. They are rightfully busy so there's quite a wait-list and a loud lively atmosphere. A perfect neighborhood spot! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Banana Pudding Tiramisu, Caesar Salad with Lemon, Fried, Sunday Sauce Dish

Classic American Italian comfort food. Space fills up fast. We walked in at 4:45pm on a Sunday without issue. By 5:30 most people coming in were waiting for tables. We liked the red sauce on the namesake Sunday sauce pasta a tad more than Gabbianos (which is a bit sweeter). But didn’t enjoy the mix of meats...came with bits of sliced sausage and braised meat. Just one type of meat would’ve been fine for us otherwise it felt like a hodgepodge/kitchen sink scenario. I don’t believe they make the noodles in house as they had several noodle boxes in their bins while we were heading out. But the noodles were cooked well and the sauces were definitely decent.
