We are at Nimmitabel on business in the town on Monday. As we are early, I said let's have some breakfast in the town , We stopped in front of the Royal Arms hotel . I was surprised that the restaurant was open to day, I asked the owner how come you are open now, the owner said it is Canberra day, lots of people driving to Bega. Walked in the restaurant what a gem , old furniture around the room, that you are back in 19th-century, well in love of the place . Sit down, owner as what will you order. We had our breakfast as we very hungry, so early up in morning. Cappuccino with sourdough and Eggs,Bacon too. I was happy that was opened today, they are open only, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday only . To see were they filming the hotel in The Sundowners in 1959 and come out in cinema in 1960s.
