Came here for the first time with my wife who has enjoyed coming here to meet with friends over breakfast. I got the pancake and eggs special. Food was good and coffee was ok. It appears they use medium not large eggs FYI. The walls are plastered with children’s colouring book pages - many of which look like they’ve been there quite a while. The space is pretty simple but functional. Staff was friendly. We’ll probably be back to try other things on the menu. Overall it’s a nice place. Great service, very friendly and attentive. Free pour coffee, decent taste. Food was good, but not great... 3.5. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing: the big breakfast was disappointing. If you're looking for a cozy breakfast/brunch spot with tasty meals, this is it! There are the good ol', classic breakfast options of eggs, choice protein and carb. HOWEVER, should you stray from the same-old, there are delightful choices! Our family's fan favorites are: the M.O.S (mushrooms, onion, spinach) omelette; Montreal Hash (smoked meat) breakfast; and garlic and avocado toast. YUM! Worth mentioning, Denise and the other server lady are amazingly attentive. Thank you Sunfire! Kid-friendliness: Oozes kid friendliness. The walls are covered in coloring pages.
