It is the greatest spot near Log House Museum. Nicely cooked fried halibut, fish chowder and fried prawns have a good taste. Taste good fruitcake. Get your meal started with delicious beer or good wine. If you like lemonade, order it at this restaurant, it's great here.

It's easy to find Sunfish due to its convenient location. Most guests point out that the staff is creative. Service at this place is something one can name nice. Most people think that the dishes are offered for adequate prices. The lovely decor and cool atmosphere let visitors feel relaxed here. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.6.

I'd write review if I could ever find them open again, I literally have gone there every day of the week and every time I go they're closed. I haven't eaten there in almost 2 years because I can't ever find them open. It's 545 on a Sunday, allegedly open but the sign says closed looks like a moonscape in there. Same happened yesterday. If you're looking for good seafood with decent service on Alki Beach, keep walking. We stopped by to grab a quick lunch bite at the walk-up ordering counter, but the service was agonizingly slow—it took well over ten minutes just to order, and there were only two people ahead of us in line. The older man working the counter was beyond grumpy and bordered on outright rude to multiple customers who were simply waiting on their food. When we finally made it to the register to order, it only got worse. I asked for a small true cod and fries, but he flatly refused to sell it, claiming they don't offer that item. It was clearly listed on the menu right in front of us, along with single-piece halibut, which he also refused to serve. He dug his heels in and insisted we buy the two-piece meal to share. When I explained that my wife doesn't like fish, his response was literally just, "So?" Completely unhelpful, needlessly confrontational, and refusing to honor their own posted menu. There are far better, reasonably priced spots along Alki that actually treat people with basic respect and sell what they advertise—Spud Fish & Chips or Cactus for Tex-Mex are much better options. We won't be returning. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Just had an awful experience at Sunfish, we thought we would stop by after a walk on Alki, as it just reopened. As we had our dog with us, I hung outside as my partner went in to order some Calamari and some halibut to go, I was just watching the beach, when she came storming out, saying ‘let’s go’. Apparently the older man behind the counter was ignoring her, then she asked if she can order… he just grunted at her.. she asked for the calamari, he said ‘don’t have’ she asked for Halibut, he said ‘don’t have that’……. It was all weird apparently…. As if he may have thought she was homeless or something?? Lol her hair was messy from the beach…. ‍. Anyway he was very dismissive of her, I wanted to go back in and question him about it, but she wouldn’t let me, as she felt pretty disrespected by him, and just wanted to leave. We will NEVER be going back, after service like that. We went to Spuds, down the street and had delicious scallops and halibut. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
