万代シルバーホテルのロビーフロアにあるラウンジ＆バー。 カフェタイムに注文したのはカシスモンブランタルトのセット。 タルトのカシス酸味とモンブランクリームの甘みのマリアージュは、 さすがと言えるホテルスイーツ。 しっとりとしたタルトの食感や、栗・メレンゲのアクセントがいいですね。 美味しいです . そして何よりも、クラシカルで落ち着いた雰囲気がステキすぎ。 ゆったりと流れる時間や空気感がとにかく居心地よかったです！ . カシスモンブランタルトのセット（1118円） Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

クラシックな内装で雰囲気もよく、ケーキも美味しかったです。 ですが、接客スタッフの方の応対もそれに見合うように努力していただきたいと思いました。 来店時も会計時もこちらが話しかけるまで、全然気がつきません。別の仕事の片手間に接客してる感じを受けました。 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
