Dear customer, I am very regret that you did not have a good experience in our cafe. I would like to let you know that, same as other kitchens, we need to close our kitchen and clean up all the equipments before we close the door, including the deep fryer, and also it takes time to turn it back on and wait for it to reach the right temperature before we can cook, that's why we can't serve many of the hot food including the hot chips. I hope you can understand. And we did not say we can't serve other items. And I would like to mention that you left your child on the chair alone and walk away, we worried about your child may fall down, then straight away reminded you about this risk. So I don't really understand why you said "lack of care". About the taste of drinks, I don't want to explain anything, it's quite subjective, and quite depends on the mood, I believe food would be tasted better when people has a good mood, and vise versa.
