chicken broast was very bad. The quality has really dropped the chicken was over-fried and the oil didn’t seem fresh or good. I’ve had it before and it used to be much better, but now the quality is not the same. This is the second time I’ve had the same disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited Super Ice Point with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. Although there was clearly space available on the first floor, we were told there was no seating and asked to go upstairs instead. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere for us. I think the owner sister was dating with someone that’s why he told to there staff not to sit others at first floor .I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer service, as such behavior discourages families from visiting again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
