First time here for lunch. An excellent find close to home. I love Pho but did NOT get that this time. It is a store in a shopping strip. The place is incredibly clean. Very impressed. Evidently the husband and wife are co-owners and do everything. He works I. The kitchen and she does everything else. There is a good bit of call in and delivery meals. Lunch never got real busy however she was constantly going. The food was excellent. I got the shrimp roll which I had been craving. They were good and the peanut sauce was amazing. For lunch I got the lunch special which comes with beef broth soup, an incredibly tasty egg roll and spicy basil with white rice. Now this is NOT a slam to the restaurant but it was definitely made for an American. No spicy at all. Had to add sriracha to even make it warm. Ha. The I had spicy basil with chicken. It tasted so good but my only issue is a smaller amount of chicken and more onion and bell peppers to eat. They were good but a bit overpowering. Overall, I will be back and bring my wife. Great piano music playing over the background. Might need to consider getting some help as well. She was very busy and had a hard time taking care of everyone. Everything was made fresh and had tremendous taste. Glad to be so close to a great place.

This is not my normal review. I haven’t even gotten my food yet. I sat down and make a comment about the heat and she brought me two full size waters. I always give good reviews for restaurants who don’t give tiny little glasses to water drinkers, but to bring out both is a first for me and made an excellent impression.
