I have been a regular customer for many years, until a few months ago I was very happy with the operation of the establishment. But lately this has changed. The staff is very attentive despite being very overworked due to the lack of existing staff. Many times the butcher shop, fishmonger and other sections are only attended by one person and that generates huge queues, making the customer experience very negative. Furthermore, this causes enormous stress to the few staff who are working there. Furthermore, Alimerka's customer service number also does not work. You never answer.

Good or very good in general, I don't give 5*, because it is not acceptable to have a single person serving at the fishmonger during peak hours. The average wait is almost half an hour...they will tell you to do something about it
