Amazing food, but very different customer service on my second visit I visited Supernova Soho for the first time yesterday with my wife and honestly had such an amazing experience. The customer service from the pregnant lady who served us was absolutely outstanding — she was so sweet, welcoming and friendly, and I would genuinely give her 10/10 for customer service. The food was also delicious! The House Burger, which I believe is one of their best sellers, was really yummy, the fries were great, and the half-and-half drink was amazing too. Because we enjoyed our experience so much yesterday, my wife and I decided to come back again today while we were shopping nearby. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different. The lady serving us, who I believe was Asian, unfortunately came across as very unfriendly and as though she didn’t want to be there. There was no smile or warmth, and we felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience. We also had to ask twice for two cups of ice because we felt like we were being ignored. On top of that, there was a tall gentleman working around the area where the buns were being toasted, and we noticed that he kept staring at us while we were eating. Whether that was his intention or not, it made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We actually ended up taking our food and eating it in the car because we no longer felt comfortable sitting inside. It’s such a shame because our experience yesterday was 10/10, which is exactly why we came back the very next day. We would definitely love to come back again, especially if the lovely pregnant lady who served us yesterday is working. Her customer service made such a difference and she deserves recognition for how kind and welcoming she was. Hopefully the management can take this feedback positively, because the food is genuinely very good and the experience yesterday showed us how great the customer service at Supernova Soho can be. Thank you to the lovely pregnant lady who made our first visit so special! and if I am giving 5 stars to everything it’s because of the pregnant Lady.
