Supershakes

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're really sorry you weren't left with a great impression. We do have a general policy that our outdoor seating is reserved for customers, particularly as it can become very busy during peak times. However, we completely agree that there are occasions where a little discretion goes a long way. We'll be using your feedback as a training opportunity with our team to ensure they balance our policies based on each situation. As a small independent business, we've built great relationships with many people in our local community, and we certainly don't want anyone to feel excluded. We did notice that your review scores our food, although you mentioned you didn't actually get the chance to try anything. We'd have loved the opportunity to serve you, especially as we pride ourselves on the quality of our menu. We also think your partner might enjoy our matcha if you decide to give us a try in the future! We're excited to be launching our new SuperKids range soon too, so there'll be something for little ones as well as adults. We hope we'll have the chance to welcome you back and show you the friendly experience we're known for.
