This place is seriously amazing. IYKYK roast pork is one of the hardest to master with the highest skill cap and this place has one of the best roast pork in all of Sydney. They are consistently (~8 out of 10 times) delicious with crispy crunchy skin, juicy, fatty and tender meat. (Very fatty). It's perfectly seasoned and the flavour from the pork belly is unparalleled. For comparison their roast pork is consistently better than BBQ1, J&T and wang wang in Eastwood, and just about every other place in Sydney. How? The skin is always crunchy and crispy. The meat is tender and fatty, not overcooked and hard like it always seems to be. There's no super salty bits on the bottom. Duck, chicken, bbq pork, etc. are all okay. I didn't find them too special. They did give me an insulting low amount of roast pork with rice last time so I will only go for it by weight from now on.

# I was recommended to Supreme Chinese BBQ by a friend word of mouth so decided to drive over there to try it out. Yesterday bought 2 bags of bbq products the bbq pork was lean not that much fat as I requested in the order the duck was yummy but a little more salt n abit of garlic n five spice powder or aniseed in the marinate will definitely give it the extra flavour. Good but can make it even greater in taste. I didn't get plum sauce with duck n my kids were abit disappointed but it just could be me n i forgot to ask for it. Very happy with service the lady was polite n not bad mannered as I had read in previous reviews. Maybe sometimes when people make request they expect everything to be done accordingly to their instructions. As for weight every piece n cut of meat n chop of the cleaver is different. You can't exactly guess a $10 chop weight to a $15 chop weight approximately is the only way. As for roast pork being fatty... The trick in ordering is ask the attendant to show u the roast pork left n right side see which side is lean then ask them to chop that side for u. If u don't ask properly u don't get. And if u do see it is fatty don't order it... They can't make miracles for u if that portion of the rib rack has more fat, they give u what they got within reason. Just like bbq pork the fatty bbq pork is considered the softest meat while the lean part of a bbq pork is normally tougher n testure u cannot have it both ways but u must request n Ask them to show u if it is lean or not on every occasion.. Also I pays to polite.. Most of the time it works
