This place was a little strange. As out of towners we stopped in for a slice of pizza and a drink. We walked in and no one greeted us. Having been to a New York pizza place previously, I was aware of how the ordering goes as I saw the pizza in the case. But looking at it, it seemed it had been sitting there for some time. There were also pizzas just sitting on an open rack behind the bar - no covers, no protection from flies. It was bizarre. But we were hungry and there aren’t many late night options. We walked up to order and the male bartender seemed like we were bothering him. There was one other person sitting at the bar and all she had was a drink. We ordered two slices of pizza, 2 diet cokes, and cheesy bread. We told him we’d like to eat it in house, rather than take it to go, and he seemed a bit annoyed. When we got our food, we were not given silverware or napkins. We had to ask for both. The cheesy bread was super big and needed to be cut. About half way through our meal we needed refills. The bartender was mid conversation complaining about some type of summer festival going on and how ‘over it’ he was. I had to interrupt to ask for a refill. He was not happy to be there. Maybe it was an off night? Not sure. But it ruined the whole vibe of the place. Even if the pizza was spectacular (it wasn’t) the attitude of the staff was just so off putting. Almost like they’d rather be anywhere but there. He mostly watched television while we were there. Idk. The staff can make or break an experience and being from the Midwest, I would have at least expected a ‘welcome in’ or even a ‘have a good night’ when we got up to leave. Both in and out were silent. Maybe just order to go so you can have less interactions. Probably a good place if you get the right staff. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizza is ordered at the bar. Excellent pizza and house red wine. Pizza's are a bit pricey but if you are going for the best, try them. Price per person: $20–30

I love supreme. Been here countless times. The two dudes who work here, one with glasses and beard the other bald and kind are always awesome and thankfully I usually run into them. Tonight was craazzyy! Thursday Feb 19th ~12:10am. We showed up an hour before close and the lady already acted like we were bothering her. I haven't had attitude like this from a restaurant... like, ever? She was so rude. She didn't know what beers were on tap when I politely asked her which Rubens was on (said she got confused because of the tap at her other job at Bimbo? Ok girl), was annoyed when I told her which pizza slices I wanted, and then you expect me select a 20% tip minimum on the tablet? Naw, I'll press that custom button, thanks. And on top of all that, she burnt the hell out of my pizza to the point I couldn't finish it. I couldn't taste anything but burnt dough. I sent it back after I took attached picture. It was gross. Didn't ask for a replacement, didn't complain, just wanted to leave at that point. Again, love Supreme in general and I'll delete this review later, but just had to say something in hopes it gets some attention. I don't ever leave bad reviews (you can check my history) but this was CRAZY. Look, I've worked in the industry and I completely understand having rough days, but this was just totally unacceptable. I mean it when I say I think this is some of the just blatant, straight up, intentionally rude service I have ever had. Hope you have a better day tomorrow, girl. Hi Jamie, Thanks for the detailed feedback—I’m glad you’ve loved Supreme on your many visits overall. I’m really sorry that your late-night stop on Wednesday (Feb 18) went so poorly—that’s not how we want anybody to be treated. If possible, we’d like to make this right.
