The service was very bad, and the employee who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not know how to deal with customers respectfully. I ordered a chicken burger, and it was very hard and overcooked. I couldn’t eat it at all. When I informed her, instead of handling the situation properly, she gave me a knife to cut it. Even then, I struggled to cut it because it was so tough. What made the situation worse was that she dismissed my concern, saying it looked fine, and even called another customer to look at my food. This behavior was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I expected better customer service and basic respect. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both food quality and staff training. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was visiting from California and wanted to check out some local food spots, and I’m really glad I stopped by Supreme Wings. I got the supreme wrap and it was really good — fresh, flavorful, and filling. Everything came out hot, the portions were solid, and the staff was friendly. The wait wasn’t long at all either. Definitely a great spot, I’d come back again for sure. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
